Workshops that Work!
You've said:
"Someday, I'll write my memoir!"
That "someday" could be now!
In Susan Stroh's Memoir Workshop
A Susan Stroh Writing Workshop gives you a place to write
every week under her skillful supervision. It gives you someone to whom to be
accountable for your weekly writing production and who will help you develop
good habits so that a writing life that is productive can be maintained for as long
as you want it.
Susan provides inspiration in the form of writing exercises, readings from
excellent writers and instruction that reminds you of what you already know and
things you might consider that you did not know. She recognizes and nurtures
your talent, ideas and intentions.
“If it hadn’t been for Susan Stroh’s wonderful workshop, I wouldn’t have finished so many pieces that were only ideas or partially written stories and essays that I’d just stuck in a drawer.” S.C.
“I never could have even begun seriously writing my full-length memoir and now I have many chapters written and have done tons of research. I’ve grown tremendously and so has the book.” R.M.
“I look forward to our workshop every week. It is stabilizing, supportive, informative and fun.” D.W.
The Design of a Susan Stroh Workshop is different with each new group of workshop participants. She interviews each person to

each class and assignment to the individual. But in general, the workshops are
designed as follows:
